1 para commando

What is para commando?


Para commando is well known as para special forces (para sf). Para sf is a special operation unit of the indian army. It is collapse with parachute regiment mainly the role of the para is recruit for special and risky task and also para were not supposed to open his identity during war field and other places .

What was the procedure to make an para (sf) .

There is no any special type of procedure to involve for training. The cadits will select from different regiment for basic training upto 3to 6 month . Then it's time to prepare commandos mentally as well as physically from 36 hours non-stop intense training. 
The training is started from night when commandos get tired from morning till night work when commandos are go to sleep the trainer is interup and awake all the soldiers from sleep and give order to maintain line and do basic exercise till when any commando get down in the field . After this commando take his 30kg backpack and 7 kg. Weapon and starting run into steeve slope upto 10 km . After this commando hold 2 Jerry cane and complete upto 1.5 km of race circuit into 3 times each times the load will increase upto 30 to 50 kg per round after these the test of commando operation tactics observation skills of commando after this commandos will jump into 12 feet deep extreme chilled water to lost of the patience of army commando.

The training of P.L.A were mainly done in the forest area where mainly animals where lived . Starting of the training of P.L.A is from basic method and after spending times between forest and training they will come-back as a professional.

Training will start from bathing chilled water and run upto 20km with carry load and weapons for body flexibility a special type of 'Martial art' will added on his daily training routine. One of famous part of his training is 'passing bomb'. In a circle of commando the up-nail grendae passed one by one into the circle and after those who through bomb into down at last the man will out from training session
